Description
Revise Your Emotions — 30-Day Revision Plan
Understand the emotion. Recognize the pattern. Control the response.
The Revise Your Emotions — 30-Day Revision Plan transforms the four-part Revise Your Emotions series into a structured 30-day system for emotional awareness, regulation, and personal application.
Rather than simply learning about emotional control, you’ll spend each day examining your own patterns and practicing the principles behind Master Fear and Anxiety, Heal Emotional Pain and Loss, Control Desire and Craving, and Master Anger, Ego, and Identity.
The plan progresses intentionally—beginning with regulation, moving through emotional pain and desire, and ultimately addressing anger, ego, identity, and complete emotional integration.
Your 30-Day Progression
Days 1–7 — FEAR & ANXIETY
Examine fear responses, anxiety, overthinking, triggers, nervous-system activation, and the patterns that influence how you respond when you feel threatened, uncertain, or overwhelmed.
Days 8–14 — EMOTIONAL PAIN & LOSS
Explore emotional wounds, rejection, grief, attachment, unresolved experiences, acceptance, and the process of rebuilding emotional strength.
Days 15–21 — DESIRE & CRAVING
Identify cravings, impulses, reward-seeking patterns, emotional triggers, and the connection between uncomfortable emotions and compulsive behavior.
Days 22–28 — ANGER, EGO & IDENTITY
Examine anger, defensiveness, pride, shame, ego, identity, and the triggers that can turn emotion into automatic reaction.
Day 29 — EMOTIONAL MASTERY ASSESSMENT
Review the four areas, evaluate your progress, and identify the emotional patterns that still require your attention.
Day 30 — INTEGRATED DAILY PRACTICE
Bring the complete system together and create a practical structure for continuing your emotional development beyond the 30 days.
